Disney have released a great series of official images from today's grand opening events for "Star Tours - The Adventures Continue", including a look at George Lucas and Bob Iger inside a StarSpeeder 1000 with a whole host of Star Wars characters.

My new endeavor!

Park Calendar Released Through October 2011

The Walt Disney World Resort has released it's Extra Magic Hours, Operating and Event schedules for October 2011. For guests visiting during this time, you will want to visit the Park Hours and Events pages to aid in planning your trip. Remember, all times and schedules are subject to change, so check back often.

Disney's FASTPASS To Be Available for Meet-and-Greet for First Time

 When meet-and-greets with Mickey move into a permanent new location in Town Square later this spring, Magic Kingdom guests will be able obtain a Disney's FASTPASS ticket specifying a one-hour window when they can return to see the popular character for hugs, photos and autographs -- without waiting in the standby queue. It will mark the first time the complimentary, computerized service has been available for a character meet-and-greet at any Disney Park.

It's a sad day!

Toontown demolition has happened.  All that is left is the Hall of Fame tent and Goofy's Barnstormer.
